Today a total the 25 finalists for the European Championships Show jumping had to present their horses in the final vet-check. For most horses it was just a formality apart from two. For Christian Ahlman's Taloubet Z (currently 11th in the ranking) there was some doubt, eventually Taloubet got a 'fit to compete'. Cassio Rivetti's 17-year-old Belgian Warmbred-ride, Vivant vd Heffinck, however was declared unfit. The current number two in the ranking won't be able to compete tomorrow as his horse didn't pas the vet-check. Rivetti's place will be taken in by Polish rider Jaroslaw Skrzyczynsji and Crazy Quick. Further Good Luck didn't even show up for the vet-check. Cian O'Connor decided not to start in the final round, taking place tomorrow.
