Bryan Balsiger celebrates triple as Swiss champion

Bryan Balsiger is crowned Swiss champion for the third time in Ascona.

For the third time, the name of the Swiss show jumping champion is Bryan Balsiger. After 2018 and 2020, the 25-year-old from Neuchâtel triumphed in the title fights in Ascona in the saddle of the chestnut Chelsea. In the decisive lap, the European Team Champion benefited from a mistake by Barbara Schnieper, who had been in the lead up to that point, and who fell back to 3rd place behind Romain Duguet.
