Team gold for Germany in semi-final Longines EEF Nations Cup of Budapest

During the semi-final of the Longines EEF Nations Cup of Budapest, held over two rounds at a height of 1.50m, the German show jumping team took the victory. The team led by David Will racked up a total of eight penalty points.

First place went to the German team of chef d'equipe David Will with a team total of only eight penalties incurred during the second round. Silver was won by Switzerland, who finished with a total of 12 penalties for the Austrian team who accumulated 20 penalties.

The German Sven Schlüsselburg stayed clear twice with Bud Spencer and thus achieved the best team result. Sophie Hinners on Million Dollar, and Jörne Sprehe on Hot Easy both jumped clear in the first round, but each knocked one pole down in the second round. In both rounds Marcel Marschall on Coolio's back took care of the elimination result with 4 and 8 penalty points respectively.
