The CSI2* Grand Prix was the main class in Tryon yesterday. Of the 63 starting combinations, 11 managed to jump a clear first round and came back for the jump-off. In that jump-off, it was the British Amanda Derbyshire who ruled the show. She did not only take the first, but the third place as well.
She saddled Luibanta BH to ride to the victory. Derbyshire rode a clear jump-off and finished in 42,45 seconds. David O'Brien and La Belle SCF ended second. They cleared the jump-off in 42,63 seconds. Derbyshire ended on third place as well, riding Cornwall BH in 51,82 seconds to the finish.
Only the top three could keep the zero on the scoreboard. Rowan Willis and Diablo VII ended fourth. Richie Moloney and Rocksy Music followed on fifth place.
