Angelica Augustsson Zanotelli takes winning start in London

The Longines Global Champions Tour combinations have returned to Great Britain's capital. In the 1.45m opening class it is Sweden's Angelica Augustsson-Zanotelli who takes a winning start in the CSI5* competition. Aboard the 10-year-old Danna RJ (Quiz Time) Angelica Augustsson speeded to victory in 25,06 seconds.

With only a minor time difference Great Britain continued to color the stage with Joseph Stockdale placing as runner-up. Stockdale and his 12-year-old AES-gelding, Kandleford (Kannan) were followed by compatriot, John Whitaker aboard the 13-year-old SF-gelding, Sharid (Toulon).

Outside the stage Ireland's Michael G Duffy placed fourth with his 10-year-old Borelli T (Balous Bellini) while Dutch female rider, Sanne Thijssen completed the top five with her 12-year-old KWPN-gelding, For President (Numero Uno).
