Ben Maher and Explosion W jump to victory in Aachen

Eleven combinations qualified for the Jump-Off in the 1.55m Price Turkish Airlines in Aachen. Eventually it was Great-Britain's Ben Maher aboard Explosion W who jumped to victory.

Spain's Eduardo Alvarez Aznar followed as runner-up with the 14-year-old Rokfeller de Peville Bois Margot (L'Arc de Triomphe), while Daniel Deusser completed the stage with his trusted 11-year-old Tobago Z (Tangelo vd Zuuthoeve).

Last rider at the start, Olivier Philippaerts placed fourth. With H&M Extra (Berlin) he was followed by Marc Houtzager in the saddle of Sterrehof's Dante (Canturano).
