'Bosty' keeps Gaudiano from his third victory in Basel

Italy's showjumping rider, Emanuele Gaudiano was underway scoring his third victory in two days at the Longines Showjumping in Basel. However in the end it was Roger Yves Bost keeping Gaudiano from the first place in the 1.50m Speed & Handiness.

Entering the ring as one of the last to go, Roger Yves Bost set the record time aboard his 13-year-old Castleforbes Talitha (Cardenio). The pair was almost three seconds faster as Emanuele Gaudiano with his 10-year-old Belgian Warmblood Kingston van het Eikenhof (Epleaser van 't Heike).

Together with C.A.M. vd Oeterlaar's grey, Gaudiano referred compatriot, Filippo Marco Bologni with the 11-year-old sBs'er, Diplomat (Kasmir van Schuttershof) to the third spot.

The pair was followed by Hans Dieter Dreher jumping into fourth aboard Cachacco Blue (Chacco-Blue), while Marcus Ehning placed fifth with Mill Creek Filippa K (For Contest).
