At the Longines Global Champions Tour in Londen the first class has just been ridden. The riders of the two-star-competition got to show their worth and speed in a 1m30 class ridden against the clock. 36 riders entered the show ring for this class but in the end it were the British riders who ruled the show.
The victory went to Flo Norris. Norris jumped a clear round with the 9-year old BWP mare Candace van’t Lozerhof (f. Kashmir van Schuttershof), finishing in 41,14 seconds. Tess Carmichael and Bangel SR (f. Chin Chin) cleared the course in 54,30 seconds, taking home the second place. The third place went to an American rider. Isabelle Russekoff and Calverio IV (f. Contact met), a 15-year old Holstein gelding, jumped a clear round in 54,71 seconds.
Georgina Harvey (Que Sera) and Jay Halim (Abrisco) completed the top five. They ended respectively on fourth and fifth place.
