Germany's showjumping rider, Carsten-Otto Nagel has decided to turn a page after 30 years of cooperation with Stall Moorhof. Nagel and his wife, Mylene Diederichsmeier, will move to a new stable to Bremen-Lilienthal. Nagel however will continue a cooperation with his former employer.
This year Nagel lost his tophorse, L'Esperance (Lord Z) after a colic. The mare broke her leg after recovering from surgery and was eventually euthanized.
The past 30 years Nagel impressed aboard Corradina (Corrado I) winning a team gold medal at the FEI World Equestrian Games in Lexington and at the European Championships in Rotterdam in 2011.
Further he had a great talent with Stall Moorhof's Lex Lugar (Lordanos) with whom he won the German Jumping Derby.
