Nadja Peter-Steiner has announced the retirement of Celeste 26 (by Casall) on her social media. The mare had been jumping under the saddle of the Swiss rider since 2011. Cécé was very important for her career and development, as she rode her first CSI5* Grand Prix' and Nations Cups with the mare. Their last joint appearance was in Vilamoura in November where they competed in the CSI3* competition.
"We've always had a very good relationship," Peter-Steiner says. "I'll never forget that it's actually thanks to her that I'm already standing this far today. She's still in excellent shape considering she's 17 years old but it's time to let go so you can focus on a new career," it sounds.
