One of the highlights of the weekend was scheduled for tonight in Dublin; the momentum. As usual, a large crowd had descended on the Dublin Horse Show to cheer on the mainly Irish participants. The Dublin audience may have been delighted to see the entire stage painted in Irish colours. Commander Geoff Curran and Bishops Quarter (by Obos Quality) jumped to victory. At the last elevation, when it was still between Curran and Coyle, they were the only ones who left all the bricks in the wall.
Jordan Coyle and Eristov (by Cicero Z van Paemel) had to settle for second place. Third place was tied for third place between two Irishmen. Michael Pender rode Hearton du Bois Halleux (by Nonstop), owned by Paul van den Bosch, to bronze. They could not keep the zero in the penultimate round. Brendan Purphy and Erne Riverrun (by Antaeus) shared the bronze with Pender.
