Besides the Grand Prix, another CSI3* class was jumped in Vilamoura today. 79 riders entered the show ground for this 1m30 class that was ridden in two phases. It became a very exciting class: the last rider to enter took the victory. Julien Gonin counted on Vipper du Lavoir (v. Castronoom Z) to clear the course in 31,92 seconds.
Charlene Bastone and Avalon du Carpont (v. Jivaro) followed on second place. They jumped a clear round and finishten in 34,06 seconds. David Simpson completed the top three. He rode Caluna Z (v. Casall) clear to the finish in 34,39 seconds.
Adrian Whiteway (Caught Red-Handed PS) and Poppy Stronge (Lucky 3) ended on fourth and fifth place.
