Darragh Kenny wins in Valkenswaard with new World Champion

Darragh Kenny has welcomed another very promising horse into his stables. This is Rockwell RC (by Kannan) who was active in the past under the saddle of Kim Emmen. In 2019, the mare became world champion in the 5-year-old horses under the saddle of Jason Foley and so now she will once again have an Irishman in the saddle.

Kenny immediately made his appearance in Valkenswaard with his new horse and with success! The duo immediately won the final for 7-year-old horses. They jumped a clear jump-off in a time of 35,33 seconds.

They stayed ahead of Tobias Meyer with Celebrity-H (v. Comme Il Faut 5) who was second. The duo could also keep the zero and finished in 37.32 seconds. Sofie Svensson and Forino (by For Pleasure, f. Schacht) completed the top three after a clear round in 40.49 seconds.

Gerco Schröder (Glock's Brilliant Berlin) and Laura Klaphake (Conita Blue Ps) finished in fourth and fifth places.
