Last weekend it was France's Julien Epaillard jumping to victory in the FEI World Cup leg of Madrid, Spain. For Epaillard it means a move forward up to the sixth place in the ranking. It is however Ireland's Denis Lynch taking over the lead of the Western-European ranking.
Lynch jumped on stage in both Verona, Italy and Madrid, Spain. Former number one, Dutch showjumping rider, Kevin Jochems is now the runner-up in front of Sweden's Jens Fredricson.
Fredricson is followed by Max Kühner and Christian Kukuk in the temporary ranking as the World Cup season is moving towards La Coruna, Spain next week.
