Eduardo Alvarez Aznar tops the Gijon 160m Longines Ranking class

The time was hard to beat in the CSIO5* main class in Gijon. After a Jump-Off with five it ws Spain's Eduardo Alvarez Aznar who conquered the class.

Eduardo Alvarez Aznar speeded to victory in the saddle of the 13-year-old Seringat (Chef Rouge). As last combination  at the start the pair was almost one second faster as Mexico's Francisco Pasquel with Coronado (Cassini I).

France's Max Thirouin completed the stage in the saddle of the 10-year-old Cicero Z-son, Jewel de Kwakenbeek. 

The pair was followed by  Jodie Hall Mcateer with Salt 'N Peppa (Stolzenberger) in fourth and Sameh El Dahan with Wkd Aimez Moi (Je T'Aime Flamenco) in fifth.
