Ridden over two rounds the main Longines Ranking class in Stuttgart was build 1.55m heigh tonight. In the end it was Japan's Eiken Sato, riding for Paul Schockemöhle, who speeded to victory aboard his 15-year-old Chacanno Jra.
With over a second difference Eiken Sato and his son of Chacco-Blue referred the current World number one rider, Henrik von Eckermann to the runner-up position. The Swedish jumping rider followed in second with his 11-year-old Zangersheide-mare, Nababette Z (Nabab de Rêve). USA's Alessandra Volpi completed the top three with the 14-year-old Berlinda (Berlin).
The pair was followed by Belgium's Wilm Vermeir. Vermeir guided his 13-year-old Belgian Warmblood horse, Joyride S (Toulon) to the fourth place while Germany's Gerrit Nieberg completed the top five with his Blues d'Aveline CH (Baloussini).
