Emilio Bicocchi jumps to victory in Barcelona

As tension is rising towards the FEI Nations Cup finals in Barcelona this morning some combinations jumped the 1.45m competition in which Emilio Bicocchi jumped to victory aboard his 9-year-old KWPN-gelding, Flinton.

Aboard the Clinton-son, Bicocchi jumped to victory in 59.91 seconds. With about three seconds difference Laura Klaphake settled for the runner-up position with the 10-year-old Camalita (Cracker Jack 5). Niklaus Rutschi completed the stage aboard his 9-year-old Selle Français, Ambre de La Cense (Helios de la Cour II).

The pair was followed by Arthur Gustavo da Silva with his Belgian Warmblood Gini van het Broekdal (Winningmood). Joel Calles Rosell completed the top five aboard the 8-year-old Loewie (Marius Claudius).
