FEI changes jumping rules: Sensory hairs and hind boots are targeted...

The start of a new year is close. 2021 comes with modifications of the FEI General rules, Jumping Rules,  Veterinary Regulations,  Anti-doping regulations and Prohibited Substances List.

Starting July 1st,  2021 at all international. events,  only hind boots meeting a certain description will be allowed. The use of vet wrap or any other type of bandages under hind boots will no longer be permitted.

Also the use o rowel spurs is adjusted. Only spurs with rotating discs that are not notched are allowed to be used anywhere on the showground.

Sensory hairs

Starting July 1st, 2021 the clipping or shaving of sensory hairs will be sanctioned with a disqualification from that show.
