Hans-Dieter Dreher and Vestmalle Des Cotis on top in Hamburg's 1.50m

Only seven combinations qualified for the Jump-Off in the CSI5* competition of Hamburg. All but one produced a clear Jump-Off round. Eventually it was Hans-Dieter Dreher jumping to glory at this home-competition, together with Vestmalle Des Cotis.

Dreher and the 13-year-old son of Baloubet du Rouet,  Vestmalle des Cotis referred female compatriot, Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmerman to the runner-up position. For Meyer-Zimmerman it was the second time jumping on stage today. This time she placed aboard the 11-year-old  Chesmu KJ (Cornet Obolensky). Also the third place colored German.

Mario Stevens completed the stage aboard his 9-year-old  Starissa (Stakkato Gold). The combination was followed by Philip Rüping and Casallco (Casall).

In the fifth place it was Great-Britain's Harry Charles following aboard Darragh Kenny's former Romeo 88 (Contact vd Heffinck).
