Hattrick for Belgium: Children are also European Champions

What a European Championship for the Belgians! What the footballers failed to do, the Belgian youth did with verve. After the Juniors and Young Riders had already won the gold medal, the Children were happy to repeat this performance.

Jean Jacques Mathijs' team collected only four penalty points over the rounds. Today Estee Bomere was the first to start. She rode History van't Ameldonk Z clear. Nikita van der Meerschen (Impressario vd Heffinck) and Seppe Wouters (Porthos Maestro Wh Z) also managed to stay clear. Yari van den Branden and Gerard (Apollo van het Lindebos x Lupicor, f. De Pelsmaeker) had one fault today, but had already jumped clear on each day earlier in the week.

Italy came second and Great Britain third.
