Jack Whitaker starts day with victory in CSI4* Vilamoura

The first class that was scheduled for today in Vilamoura was a 1m45 class of the CSI4* competition. No less than 117 competitors entered the show ring, only six (!!) of them managed to keep the zero in the first round. A jump-off with six therefore had to decide about the winner.

That winner became the young British talent Jack Whitaker. He counted on Scenletha (f. Scendix) to clear the jump-off in 31,07 seconds. Olivier Guillon and Vitot du Chateau (f. Toulon) followed on second place. They managed to keep the zero and finished in 31,47 seconds. Pedro Junqueira Muylaerts and Prince Royal Z Mfs (f. Prince de Revel) completed the podium after a clear round in 31,87 seconds.

Bryan Balsiger (Jenkins Ter Doorn) and Felipe Ramos Guinato (Ulahop Boy) followed on fourth and fifth place.
