Epaillard speeded to victory in 57.35 seconds. Aboard the 10-year-old Rubins des Bruyeres-son, the French show jumping rider referred compatriot Olivier Perreau to the runner-up position. Perreau followed in under 58 seconds with the 10-year-old sBs-mare, GL Events Dolce Deceuninck (Toulon).
The stage was completed by William Whitaker with the 15-year-old RMF Echo (Virus de Laubry).
The pair was followed by Douglas Lindelöw with the 10-year-old Cheldon (Chacco-Blue). Marc Dilasser completed the top five with the 9-year-old SF-gelding, Abricot Ennemmelle (Quaprice Bois Margot).
