In London it is Dutch show jumping rider, Jur Vrieling who won the first LGCT CSI5* class. In this 1.45m class Vrieling jumped to victory and left local rider, Guy Williams in second place.

Vrieling was the only rider to keep the chrono under the 26 seconds. Together with the 11-year-old Belgian Warmblood stallion, Dallas VDL (Douglas) Vrieling was followed by Guy Williams aboard Cicero II (Cicero Z Van Paemel).
Belgium's Wilm Vermeir completed the stage in the saddle of the 9-year-old Beaulieu's Think Big-son, King Kong d'Avifauna.
The top five was completed by Olivier Robert with Eros (Querlybet Hero) in fourth and Bertram Allen with Lafayette van Overis (Kashmir van Schuttershof) in fifth.
