In the last episode of the equestrian talkshow (NL) Jump-Off , Belgium's show jumping rider, Koen Vereecke was present. After an extremely successful outdoor season he is eager to excel this winter. "Our selections should always be based on the welfare of our horses," states Vereecke.

When selecting riders for the net European Champions we don't only need to focus on those championships, but also on the eventual goal, Paris 2024. If a combination is already certain of its spot for Paris, it could give a chance to another combination to get more experienced or prove itself," states Vereecke.
