Lily Attwood speeds to victory in Liège

On the final day of the international CSI4* competition in Liège this mornings class was set at a height of 1.45m. From in the beginning it was local youth rider, Thibeau Spits who set the bar with his Juragold. At the end it was however Lily Attwood who jumped to victory.

As one of the last riders at the start it was Great-Britain's Lily Attwood who speeded to victory aboard the Belgian Warmblood gelding, Karibou Horta. The pair jumped to victory in 54.71 seconds. Last year Karibo Horta was competed by Belgium's Dimme D'Haese.

Local hero, Thibeau Spits was referred to the runner-up position. Aboard his 10-year-old Juragold Bormes (Contact vd Heffinck) Spits followed on stage. French show jumping rider, Geoffroy de Coligny completed the stage with Riamondo du Plessis (Calin du Plessis).
