Lucas Porters' B Once Z to enjoy retirement

USA's Lucas Porter has announced the sportive retirement of his tophorse B Once Z (Balou du Rouet x Laveletto). The 17-year-old Zangersheide-mare delivered Porter his first Grand Prix victory.

B Once Z was produced at an international level by Katharina Offel and moved to Porter's stables in 2015. The pair won the Grand Prix at the Peelbergen and also won the U25 series in Wellington, Florida.

They also placed second in the Grand Prix of Paderborn, Germany and ended fifth in the Maastricht Grand Prix. The mare will enjoy her retirement in the Netherlands.

"Bibi will enjoy her sportive retirement here in the NEtherlands and will become a mother to some future top horses. I will always remember her as a fighter that keeps giving."
