Luciana Diniz: "Fit For Fun won't be jumping any Championships anymore"

The Portuguese top rider Lucina Diniz has confirmed that her top mare, the 16-year-old Fit For Fun 13 (by For Pleasure), will no longer compete in championships. Earlier she announced that the mare would retire in 2021, but now the rider has also confirmed that the mare will not participate in the Olympics. "It was my dream to go to Tokyo with Fit For Fun but unfortunately I notice that she is not 'fit' enough anymore," says Diniz.

"This mare has given me everything so I made this decision with pain in my heart but with the greatest respect to my horse".
