Mim-Clip should provide more safety in eventing

Cross-country obstacles will use Swedish-made break-tree technology at all international eventing contests. This is due to the new FEI rules that came into effect on January 1st.

Using the breakaway tree technology the obstacles in the cross country can collapse under both forward and upward pressure and it is possible to prevent rotational falls. The fall where rider and horse turn half a turn and the horse lands on the rider is a major cause of fatal and other very serious accidents. Many riders, but also horses, have lost their lives in such falls in recent years.
