Niall Talbot tops the MET Longines Ranking Class

At the MET in Oliva the 1.45m international Longines Ranking class turned out to be an exciting class in which the top four was only half a second from each other. Niall Talbot speeded to victory aboard his 15-year-old Carano-son, Caracter.

Talbot and his Holstein-gelding stopped the clock in 38.50 seconds, less than 0.1 second faster as Germany's Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann aboard Soccero 2 (Singulord Joter). The stage was completed by Frederick Troscke aboard Can Win  (Canabis Z).

Ireland's Cameron Hanley followed in a fourth position with the Belgian Warmblood gelding, Loukas de la Noue (Malito de Reve) while Marie Hecart and Vahinee (Lauterbach) completed the stage.
