As this is the last day of the CSI2* competition in Opglabbeek, the Grand Prix was on the programme today. 54 Competitors entered and six of them could jump a clear first round. A jump-off with six had to decide the winner.
That winner was Nicola Philippaerts. He rode Gijs (by Kashmir van Schuttershof) clear in 33.43 seconds. Karel Cox and Curiano van de Maarle Z (by Canabis Z) followed in second place. They jumped a clear round in 33.85 seconds. Mariano Martinez Bastida and Cleartoon (by Carthago) completed the top three after a clear round in 34.85 seconds.
Nicolas Toro (Baloubelle) and Harry Allen (Guinness) completed the top five.
