Nicolas Delmotte unbeatable in St Tropez's 1.50m class

In front of the home crowd it was France's showjumping rider, Nicolas Delmotte speeding to victory in today's main class in St Tropez. With the jumps set up to 1.50m heigh, Delmotte speeded to the win aboard his trusted Belgian Warmblood-geldingIlex VP (Diamant de Semilly).

Together with the sire, bred by Alex Van Pollaert, Delmotte stopped the clock in 58.36 seconds. With over 2 seconds difference Dutch rider, Kevin Jochems, settled as runner-up. Jochems followed on stage aboard his 12-year-old mare by Colman, Careful H

The pair referred former Belgian national showjumping champion, Koen Vereecke to a third place with his L'Esmeralda Van 't Meulenhof (Nabab de Reve).

The top five was completed by two French combinations as Cyril Bouvaerd and Broceliande du Lac (Rock 'N Roll Semilly) placed fourth and Olivier Robert settled for fifth with his KWPN-mare, Isabelle II-S (Eldorado vd zeshoek).
