Nicolas Demotte keeps CSI5* victory of Chantilly in French hands

In Chantilly a 1m45 class of the CSI4* competition was jumped just now. Only four participants managed to stay clear in the first round. A jump-off with four had to decide the winner. The Canadian Mario Deslauriers decided not to start with Bardolina (v. Clarimo). This gave him fourth place.

The victory was for Nicolas Delmotte. He was the last to start in the jump-off and rode Citadin du Chatelloier (by l'Arc de Triomphe) clear in 41.89 seconds. Fanny Skalli and Jonka-A (by Cardento 933) followed in second place. They had a clear round and stopped the chrono after 42,27 seconds. Celine Schoonbroodt-De Azevedo (Clinto TZ) completed the top three. This combination managed to keep the zero and finished in 44.69 seconds.

Alexander Butler (Pico) finished fifth with one point for time in the basic course.
