Now he has completely different plans.Uli" Kirchhoff wants to set up a competition sports center on the grounds of the Iffezheim racecourse, which Kirchhoff envisions would be comparable in size to the one in Peelbergen in the Netherlands, for example.

Uli Kirchhoff explained that investments are planned, which he wants to make with the help of a group of investors headed by Markus Buchner, a friend of his. It would be a win-win situation for the Iffezheim racetrack. Things had changed there at the turn of the year because the previous tenant, racing promoter Baden Racing, had terminated its contract on December 31, 2020. The city was looking for new tenants, who have now been found.
