Patrice Delaveau conquers Valencia's Grand Prix qualification

The course of the Grand Prix qualifier in Valencia was set at a height of 1.40m. Only France's Patrice Delaveau managed to produce a clear Jump-Off in under 39 seconds with Bugs Bunny d'Authuit Hdc.

Aboard the 9-year-old Quick Star-son, Bugs Bunny d'Authuit Hdc. Delaveau set the record time, claiming victory in this 1.40m class. Belgium's Cyril Cools followed as runner-up with the 8-year-old Che de Kezeg Z (Carmebar de Muze).

After a Jump-Off in 39.33 seconds the pair referred, Alexis Deroubaix with her SF-gelding, Secret du Pays d'Auge (Quick Star) to the third spot.

The pair was followed by Giampiero Garofalo aboard the KWPN-mare, VDL Groep Gravin (Calido) in fourth and Great-Britain's Steven Franks with Abdul Aziz (Diamant de Semilly) in fifth.
