Robert Whitaker beats all competition in CSI4* ranking class of Montefalco


In Montefalco, Italy, the ranking class of the CSI4* competition was the highlight of the day. There was direct against the clock jumping and Robert Withaker secured a British victory. Riding Evert (by Amadeaus), he was the only one able to stop the clock under 60 seconds. His time of 59.98 seconds was thus enough to clinch victory.

Stephan De Freitas Barcha was good for second place. He rode Chevaux Nutreal Hex Lup Impero Egipicio clear through the course in 60.89 seconds which thus earned him the silver medal. Natala Chiaudani and Cintender (by Nintender) completed the top three after a clear round in 61.97 seconds. 

There were fourth and fifth places for Bryan Balsiger (Don Juan 111 Z) and Giulia Martinengo Marquet (Coynor) respectively.
