Romain Duguet tops the CES Valencia Grand Prix

Only seven combinations qualified for the Jump-Off in the 1.45m CSI2* CES Valencia Grand Prix. Two pairs managed to keep the second round clear. Eventually it was Romain Duguet speeding to victory.

The fastest chrono was set by Switzerland's Romain Duguet aboard his SF-gelding, Bel Canto de Boguin. The pair stopped the clock in 40.96 seconds leaving Lisa Nooren in a second place.

Nooren and VDL Groep Sabech d'Ha (Qredo de Paulstra) kept it clear, while local show jumping rider, Laura Roquet Ouigneri completed the stage with Sandi Puigroq (Diamant de Semilly).

The pair was followed by Filippo Marco Bologni aboard Diplomat (Kasmir van Schuttershof) in fourth and Christian Kukuk with Botaro (Balou du Rouet) in fifth.
