Fifty-three riders started this Grand Prix Cheval TV, a stage of the Grand Indoor FFE- AC PRINT tour. All were ready to give their all to qualify for the jump-offs and earn points for their stable. But, only eleven managed to do so, including Aurélien Leroy, who even managed to qualify his two horses. Following four unlucky riders in the jump-off, the ladies then showed everyone how to ride a double clear round.
Julia Dallamano on Chadino (41''09), Simon Delestre's former horse, and Leona Mermillod Baron on Chanel de La Claye (41''02) showed the way, finishing fourth and third respectively in the class. Following them, and determined to go even faster, Sylvain Misraoui showed his skill on his fantastic Athina Mail. The couple from the Horse Enjoy - Efficiens stable rose to the challenge, with a time 40''20 at the finish. Despite the best efforts of the other couples in the class, no-one managed to do better. So, although a little surprised, a delighted Sylvain Misraoui welcomed this victory: "It's a little unexpected, I must say! I had had a run of four points. I had lost my touch, so I'm very happy now. It was my horse's first time here, and I thought Athina was great in the arena. I am very happy for her and the owners."
