The Irish riders keep delivering in Dublin. In Saturday's 1.50m CSIO5* main class it was Trevor Breen jumping to victory with his Dutch-bred horse, Germaine W (Eldorado vd Zeshoek x Armstrong).
Only six combinations qualified for the Jump-Off in this 1.50m CSIO5* class. At the start Breen was joined by compatriot Mark McAuley who eventually settled as runner-up aboard his 13-year-old Jasco vd Bisschop (Dulf van den Bisschop). The stage was completed by France's Megane Moissonnier and Bracadabra (Pacific des Essarts).
The complete top four finished in less than one second difference from each other. Outside the top three Shane Sweetnam continued the Irish force, placing fourth aboard his Alejandro (Acorado's Ass). Angelie von Essen completed the stage as slowest clear rider with Daniel (Heartbreaker).
