Laura Kraut unbeatable in CSI5* WEF Grand Prix

In the CSI5* Grand Prix in Wellington the spectators were sitting on the edge of their seat in a seven-headed Jump-Off. In the end it was a home win for USA's Laura Kraut.

Main class on Saturday was the international CSI5* Grand Prix. After a Jump-Off with seven the fastest Jump-Off was set by Laura Kraut and Baloutinue (Balou du Rouet). The combination was only 0.3 seconds faster as compatriot, McLain Ward aboard his Contagious (Contagio).

The Grand Prix stage was completed by Shane Sweetnam (IRL) and his trusted James Kann Cruz (Kannan).

Four combinations managed to produce a double clear in this 1.60m class. Placing fourth it was Ireland's Daniel Coyle and his Dutch bred horse Gisborne VDL (Zirocco Blue VDL). Brian Moggre completed the top five aboard MTM Vivre Le Reve (Ustinov).
