This morning Geneva was the stage for the 1.45m U25 Grand Prix. A total of thirteen combinations qualified for the Jump-Off. It was a Jump-Off in which it went faster and faster, in the end the French dominated the class with a victory for Alexis Goulet.
After thirteen combinations at the start in the Jump-Off, Alexis Goulet jumped to victory with his 8-year-old mare, Calla. The pair stopped the clock in 41,01 seconds, leaving compatriot, Antoine Eemann with Beryl Des Pres (Postar Lozonais) in a second place.
Home-rider, Thibaut Keller completed the stage, claiming his Swiss knife as best Swiss rider. Together with his 12-year-old son of Padock du Plessis*HN, Arley de Vayrie, Keller referred Philipp Schulze Topphoff with Clemens de la Lande (Comme Il Faut) to the fourth spot.
The fifth place ended up in an ex aequo between Belgium's Thibault Philippaerts and Géraldine Straumann. Both Philippaerts with Derby de Riverland (Kannan) and Géraldine Straumann with Casalor (Casall) crossed the finish faultless in 42,34 seconds.
