Brits Williams & Sampson claim first places in 2* GP and 5* LR of London

The British riders were not planning on giving up the victories of the CSI2* Grand Prix and CSI5* Longines Ranking class today. Matthew Sampson won the GP, Guy Williams claimed the LR class. 

QUICK RESULT CSI5* LR

1. Guy Williams - Rouge de Ravel
2. Emily Moffitt - Tipsy du Terral
3. François Mathy Jr - Casanova de l'Herse


Williams sent Rouge de Ravel (Ultimo van ter Moude) to the gold position in 55.27 seconds, almost two seconds ahead of Emily Moffitt with Tipsy (Toulon). She, on her part, stayed ahead of the Belgian rider Mathy Jr and Casanova (Ugano Sitte). William Whitaker claimed the fourth spot with RMF Chacco Top (Chacco-Blue), followed by Olivier Robert and Eros (Querlybet Hero) in the fifth place. 

CSI2* Grand Prix

Matthew Sampson was the one winning this 1,45m-high class with Geneve R, a son of Eldorado vd Zeshoek. US-rider Spencer Smith couldn't better their result with Idee-Fixe d'Exaerde (Deauville de la Vie) and ended up in the second position. Jeremy Sweetnam sent Tulara Colmine (Colman) to the bronze.
