This afternoon, the CDI5* Grand Prix in Salzburg was on the schedule. The dressage combinations from Norway, Poland, and Denmark dominated the rankings in Austria.
The victory ultimately went to Norway's Isabel Freese, who relied on her partnership with Total Hope OLD (Totilas) to, unanimously decided, finish ahead of Sandra Sysojeva with 76.478%. The Polish rider relied on Maxima Bella (Millennium) to take home the silver with a score of 74.696%.
The podium was completed by the Danish duo consisting of Nadja Aaboe Sloth and Favour Gersdorf (Foundation) with a score of 73.239%. The strongest elements of all pairs on the podium were the flying changes and the passage element.
German rider Moritz Treffinger ended on fourth place after scoring 71.022% on Fiderdance (Fidertanz). Christian Schumach closed off the top 5 in front of his home crowd with a score just under 70% together with Amplemento (Ampere).
