This afternoon the Gold Tour in Arezzo offered a nice built 1m45 Grand Prix-qualifier competition. It was the the Italian Natale Chiaudani and his Belgian Warm Bred American Blu van Eeklechem (s. Mr. Blue) who triumphed and took the lead on runner-up Jane Richard Philips. The Swiss show jumper and Quister de Guldenboom (s. Kannan) finished in 62,65 seconds, one second slower as the unbeatable Natale Chiaudani. The stage was completed by the German pair Ulrich Kirckhoff and Verdi (s. Andiamo) finishing in 62:86 seconds.
Jörg Naeve and the 9-year-old Cosimax (s. Caretino) ended on the fourth place, being followed by Yazmin Pinchen and Van de Vivaldi (s. Vivaldi vd Kempel), and so completing the top five. In total it were 13 combinations that left the wood untouched.
