Scandinavian Vikings jump into the lead in GCL of Samorin. Maher on top of individual competition

In Samorin this weekend the titles of the Global Champions Tour and the Global Champions League are being fought for. Today the first round of the ultimate final of the Global Champions League was on the program and in it the Scandinavian Vikings jumped to victory. The team consisting of Evelina Tovek (Winnetou de la Hamente Z) and Frank Schuttert (Kinky Boy van het Gildenhof) were able to keep the zero and finished in a combined time of 157.18 seconds. Only they were able to jump a double clear round. 

The Prague Lions of Jur Vrieling and Niels Bruynseels each received one point for time. Bruynseels counted on Delux van T&L (by Toulon) for this purpose, Vrieling brought Long John Silver (by Lasino) from the stable. The Berlin Eagles are in third place.

In the individual standings, Ben Maher rode all the competition home. He counted on his trusted Explosion W (by Chacco Blue) to jump clear to the finish in 71.86 seconds. Marlon Modolo Zanotelli and Luigi d'Eclipse (by Catoki) took second place. They recorded a clear round behind their name and finished in 72.01 seconds. Denis Lynch and Gc Chopin's Bushi (by Contendro II) completed the top three after a clear round in 72.14 seconds. 

Philipp Weishaupt and Coby (by Contagio) followed in fourth place. Abdel Said became the best Belgian in fifth place. He counted on Bandit Savoie (by Qlassic Bois Margot) to jump a clear round in 76.63 seconds.
