Emily Moffitt's Hilfiger van de Olmenhoeve (15) retired from the sport

Hilfiger van de Olmenhoeve (by Dulf van den Bisschop) may enjoy his athletic retirement at 15 years young, Emily Moffitt reports via her social media. After the rider herself took a break from the sport, her faithful friend has also done his service.

The rider herself chimed in, "I could sit here for hours trying to find the best caption to go with this picture but words cannot express it enough. Thank you to my eternal number one!".

Moffitt rode the 15-year-old gelding around the world and competed in some of the most prestigious rounds of the Global Champions Tour.

Emily's love for horses began at a very young age. Her first European tour began at the age of 14. Her tenacious spirit and will to win have continued throughout her career, with European gold in the Young Riders, the Aga Khan trophy with team GB in Dublin and 3 GCL titles to her name.
