FEI Jumping Director Marco Fusté passed away

The Spanish Equestrian Federation and IJRC have announced the passing away of FEI Jumping Director, Marco Fusté. Fusté was 60 years old.

Since 2021, Fusté was active as FEI Jumping Director. Before he was a member of the FEI Jumping Committee between 2011 and 2015 and active in the Spanish Federation where he received the Equestrian Federation's Gold Medal.

Fusté also participated in the working process of the EEF and Nations cup working groups.

Meanwhile the IJRC and different top riders have shared their condolences. "Marco was a good guy, a passionate horse enthusiast. Always friendly and ready to debate how to improve our sport. Nos vas a hacer mucha falta Hasta luego Marco RIP" writes Rodrigo Pessoa.
