New rider for Gudrun Patteet's young star Qosito van de Koekoek

The seven-year-old gelding Qosito of Koekoek will no longer compete under Gudrun Patteet. The rider herself announced this via her social media.

Since the beginning of this year, the BWP gelding formed a team with the Belgian rider. She took over the reins from Constant Van Paesschen and further trained him in the young horse classes up to a height of 1.40m. Their last performance together was on Patteet's own course during the Equestrian Cup. The duo finished third there. In their short collaboration, they achieved three podium finishes together, including two first-place finishes.

The offspring of Mosito van het Hellehof was bred by Flip Van Assche - De Cort. In the future Thibault Philippaerts will compete the gelding, making his debut this week in Brussels.
