Robert Whitaker's loses Grand Prix horse Catwalk IV - "You were a horse of a lifetime, Rest Easy ..."

The British show jumper, announced the passing of his trusted Catwalk IV on social media. "You were a big part of the family and will truly be missed. Thank you for all the happy memories, you were a horse of a lifetime, Rest Easy."

The son of top stud Colman, who himself recently lost his life on December 6, lived to be 19 years old. Together with Robert Whitaker in the saddle, Catwalk won 22 international classes. Including the CSI5*-w in Gothenburg in 2020, the 1.60m CSI5* World Cup in Helsinki in 2019, the 1.55m CSIO5* of Hickstead in 2014 and the CSI4* Grand Prix of the Sunshine Tour in 2017. 

The duo also managed to win the Spruce Meadows Six Bars and the puissance at the CSI5* in Leipzig in 2013.
