Saudi Arabia Federation buys Kriskras DV

News arrived that Kriskras DV (by Cooper van de Heffinck) no longer belongs to SF-Equestrian Team, but that the Saudi Arabia Federation is taking over the ruin. Known under the saddle of, among others, Jur Vrieling, Kevin Jochems and Bart Bles, the twelve-year-old ruin is active at the highest level of show jumping.

The gelding was bred in the stables of Pieter Devos, and enjoyed his training to become a future top jumper there, too. Until the age of nine, he competed in up to three-star competitions under the saddle of Caroline Poels. In 2019 he left his birth stable and was bought by the SF-Equestrian Team from the Netherlands. They assigned the ruin to Bart Bles.

At the beginning of this year, the ruin achieved successes up to five-star level under the Dutch Bles. But Jur Vrieling and Kevin Jochems also enjoyed the honor of having the powerful bay ruin under their saddle.

The new rider for Kriskras DV is not yet known, but the team at Sf-Equestrian wishes the new pair best of luck and lots of fun together! "The Saudi Arabia Federation often buys horses and later decides who will compete them. In February 2023 Kriskras will compete for the first time with his new rider."
