The Swiss rider Edwin Smits just announced that his top horse Quinti Von Hof (by Quicklij B Z) will leave his stable. The Swedish Wilma Hellström will take over the reins of the nine-year-old gelding.
Quinti was very succesfull in the 3* classes with Smits last month in Vilamoura, Portugal. Over the past year, the pair has already collected a nice list of placings. Earlier this year in Chantilly, for example, they jumped on the podium place in the CSI5* 1.45m class.
"Today this great horse left our stables. With his spectacular way of jumping Quinti Von Hof stole the hearts of many people. Good luck to the new owner and rider Wilma Hellström who will take over the reins. I look forward to seeing you shine in the arena next year," said Edwin Smits.
